HOW TO USE IT:
adults: Rip the pouch open and pour the contents into a full tub of warm water. Then, swish the water gently to help the salts dissolve and disperse evenly. We recommend soaking for 20–30 minutes to experience the full benefits. After your bath, it's okay - but not necessary - to rinse off in the shower. Use up to 3 times a week.
for pregnancy and breastfeeding: always consult with your trusted healthcare practitioner before introducing essential oil-based products to your routine.
