how to use:
adults: add 5 tablespoons to a full bath as desired and swish the water gently so that the salts dissolve and disperse throughout the water. we suggest adding salt once you’re ready to get in the tub, so the beneficial properties of the essential oils are not lost as they evaporate. we suggest a 20-30 minute soak for full benefits. shake thoroughly if any clumping occurs.
