magnesium sulphate (Epsom salt): to ease pain and relieve inflammation, making it beneficial in the treatment of sore muscles;
sodium chloride (Vancouver Island 100% Pure Sea Salt): unique harvesting method helps to retain many natural trace minerals (calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, copper, zinc and sodium among others), which are easily absorbed by the human body and may provide many therapeutic benefits;
Kaolin (white clay): is one of the gentlest clays used in body care, making it ideal for sensitive skin and frequent use;
Avena Sativa Kernel Flour (Colloidal Oatmeal) is the ultimate skin soother - calming irritation, locking in moisture, and restoring your skin’s natural barrier. Rich in antioxidants and nourishing lipids, it leaves skin soft, comforted, and protected. Gentle enough for the most sensitive skin.
Aloe Vera (Organic, Cold Processed): well known for its antibacterial, antiviral, and antiseptic properties and softening the skin;

how to use:
adults: add 5 tablespoons to a full bath as desired and swish the water gently so that the salts dissolve and disperse throughout the water. we suggest adding salt once you’re ready to get in the tub, so the beneficial properties of the essential oils are not lost as they evaporate. we suggest a 20-30 minute soak for full benefits. shake thoroughly if any clumping occurs.
